It is with much prayer, sincerity, and humility that I write this announcement. First, I am writing to share with you the exciting new direction God is leading End Days Worship Ministries. I am also writing to invite you to prayerfully consider becoming a partner with me as I raise my financial support to answer the call as an "intercessory missionary". This is a specific call from the Lord that is new and somewhat unfamiliar to many, however, I will share with you what an intercessory missionary is later in this announcement and why I am asking you to help in partnering with me in this great commission.

I first would like to take this opportunity to share what God has been doing in our lives and how we are rejoicing in the giving of ourselves to a much larger end time move of God. He is once again on the move in our lives! First, He moved us back to Atlanta in February of 2002 to fulfill a long time dream of being a full time worship leader. Now, He has called us to join Him in a work He is birthing in Atlanta, a work that will very soon spread to the four corners of the earth.

Many of you know that Lynn and I have been called to bring God's children to a deeper place of intimacy through worship in music and dance. That's what End Days Worship Ministries is all about; drawing the Bride closer to her Bridegroom through the act of adoring worship. Our Father loves it when His children worship Him through singing, dancing, and the playing of musical instruments, Psalm 92: 1 "It is a good and delightful thing to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises [with musical accompaniment] to Your name, O Most High; (Amp. Bible)".

Within, the past few months, God has blown a fresh new wind upon our ministry. I would like to refer to it as kairos (where time and destiny meet). He has once again ignited the yearnings of my heart's desire for which I have held on to for the past 20 years; to be a day and night worshipper of the Most High God. Oh my friend, what a time we are in, as we unite together as one new man in the purposes of God to usher in the soon return of our Messiah. What exciting days are yet before us!

As stated, our ministry has stepped into a kairos season and like fresh new wind  we have not resisted the direction in which God is blowing us. Therefore, we know that it is by divine orchestration that God has for such a time as this, called our ministry to join hands with the International House of Prayer (http://ihop-atl.com/ ) in a capacity that will use the skills and talents that the Lord has granted to me and Lynn. Please read the information below for a quick overview of the vision for the International House of Prayer:

 I would now like to address the second purpose of this announcement by clearly stating what an "Intercessory Missionary" is and why such financial support partners are needed to fulfill this mandate.

 WHAT IS AN "INTERCESSORY MISSIONARY"?

This is a new paradigm of mission work that God is initiating. For quite some time most ministry work has centered on the Second Commandment; to reach out to the world with the love of God. However, for the work of the Second Commandment to be effective and anointed it should be accomplished by individuals whose hearts are alive and passionate in intimacy through the experiencing the reality of the First Commandment; Love the Lord God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength. It is essential that we purpose to restore the First Commandment to first place. With the First Commandment in first place, hearts are energized in love and ministry then becomes a natural overflow of a life that is soaring in intimacy with God. An intercessory missionary is one who has committed to prayer and fasting as the first work of ministry with a view to establishing a 24 hour canopy of prayer that will help to make outreach more anointed and effective for the body of Messiah in the city of Atlanta. Intercessory missionaries are supported through partner development and financial support. An intercessory missionary is the modern day equivalent of a gatekeeper in the Tabernacle of David.

1Ch 9:33 These are the singers… who lodged in the chambers, and were free from other duties; for they were employed in that work day and night.

This ministry provides preparation for the fullness of revival to break through and break out. God will not move in fullness anywhere in the earth apart from night and day prayer and worship (including regular times of fasting). The Scripture makes this abundantly clear and history proves this without doubt.
 

IHOP INTERCESSORS ARE MISSIONARIES IN 5 WAYS:

1. They collectively pray night and day for the release of the Great Harvest (Matt. 9:37-38) with a  burdened urgency to win the unreached peoples of the earth for Yeshua.

2. They provide prayer covering to missionaries currently on the field.

3. They train future intercessory missionaries to be sent out to other cities.

4. They go on short-term mission trips (2 weeks to 2 months) to help establish Houses of Prayer in other cities and nations.

5. They personally relocate to strategic places in the earth as long-term intercessory missionaries.
 

WHAT I WILL BE DOING AT IHOP-ATLANTA:

As an intercessory missionary I will be directly involved in leading worship sessions, and the design, development, and implementation of the curriculum that will equip all who come to the International House of Prayer in order to learn how to plant a House of Prayer in their home city or country.

It is therefore critical to have full-time intercessory missionaries to fulfill the goal of a 24 hour a day House of Prayer. To achieve this mandate each intercessory missionary must raise their own support so that they may be financially free to go anywhere in the earth that Yeshua leads them to establish 24 hour a day intercessory worship ministries. I have made a full time commitment to IHOP Atlanta, which is 50 hours per week. Approximately 30 hours a week will be spent in the Prayer Room ministering to the Lord in worship and intercession and 20 hours per week will be utilized in outreach and administration.

It is not easy for me to ask for your support and I find it to be quite awkward to have to raise my own financial support. However, this is part of the price one pays for being a missionary. I have taken this step, and by God’s divine leading I must trust that He has already prepared partners to support this end time ministry call. I pray that you would prayerfully consider becoming one of my partners in the great call.

Lynn and I believe that the Lord has replanted us here in Atlanta at this time to enlarge our hearts for the Father's end time call, and it is to this end time call that we are giving ourselves. Our efforts will focus on bringing the Body of Messiah into a deeper intimacy with the Father, which is the First Commandment, so they are better equipped to fulfill the Second Commandment to love their neighbors as themselves and to make disciples of all nations.

It is important to state here that these International Houses of Prayer aren’t just another congregation but a major step in the Lord’s End Days Master Plan to bring in the Great Harvest of souls that Yeshua spoke about and THE SALVATION OF ISRAEL! The Prayer Movement is all about the salvation of Israel!!! We believe it is vital that the Messianic part of the body be involved in this movement for many reasons. IHOP is committed to seeing the salvation of Israel with the ISRAEL MANDATE (http://fotb.org/israelmandate/israelmandate.asp). We are so encouraged that this ministry “gets it” with regard to Israel and its centrality throughout scripture and God’s plan for the ages. We, as Messianic Jews, want to wholeheartedly support their efforts in this endeavor.

It is also our desire to bring Messianic worship and praise into IHOP-Atlanta (and hopefully other IHOPs) and be a ‘gesher’ (bridge) between the Jew and Gentile to bring the Hebraic roots of the Faith back into the Body. We are praying that God will use us to take what we learn here in Atlanta to Israel when we make Aliyah in the future. Part of the Israel Mandate is to open and fund IHOPs in Israel. As our partners, you would be sowing into the reality of this by giving us the opportunity to become trained and equipped for the purposes of helping to spread 24 hour a day Houses of Prayer throughout Israel. Now, that’s something to shout about!

Lynn and I covet your prayers as we transition from a secured employment environment to being fully supported by the Lord via Partners, whom He leads to invest in this calling. I know that you understand the importance of having watchmen on the wall. God has made it very clear to us that I am to be one of those watchmen. Though you may not be able to do this yourselves, God has arranged my life and circumstances so that I am available for His use in these days and you can be a vital part of this move of God by sending me.
